Great location in the middle of welle dewala road, 1 minute beach n 1 minute to main road. Nice n clean specious room a very comfy bed a/c fan fridge etc. Hot water showers with superb water pressure. Next to all restaurants. Most importantly the host family is so wonderful, friendly n very helpful. They make it feel like your one the family members. Really enjoyed their awesome hospitality. Will definitely go back, next time around too 😍 spotless, sparkling and clean room

This little inn has two double rooms and is conveniently located on the popular Unawatuna Beach Road. There were so many restaurants on this road to choose from so it was very easy for us to have our meals. What was amazing about this place was that this motel is located very close to the beach; just a 3 min walk, so we were able to spend a lot of time enjoying the beach. The Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Totally worth what we paid. Both rooms are located on the second floor and has a private stairway up to the rooms. The washroom had a hot and cold water shower and was very clean too.

The initial passage way to the rooms through the stairway is a bit unwelcoming but trust me when we went to the rooms they were just perfect. Totally worth the price we paid. Also if you have a vehicle note that this place does not have its own parking space but the owners were very nice and found me a place to park my car at the temple near the hotel which was fine.

Nice room in a good location. It's very spacious and the bed is good
