El hotel cada vez está mas bonito, es el único con espacios así de amplios en esa localización ,el servicio excelente, amamos el hotel. Además nos ayudaron mucho con mi hijita y mi mamá que tiene movilidad reducida , extremadamente empáticos y humanos.

"Elegant older property with lovely grounds , but not 4 or 5 star."

Fantastic staff, very clean, good beds. Breakfast was fine. Not great, but fine. This is an old, but elegant property where all the modern amenities, such as plug ins for devices are not expected. Staff are very helpful and polite. Issues preventing higher review are: No bottles of water, (this is an expectation at a high end hotel, especially in a city where you can't drink the tap water) . Rooms (more than 1 in our group) had hair conditioner, but no shampoo. The property is large and could benefit from direction signs. My shower did not work properly - only the hand held piece worked. No convenience shop on the premises - have to walk a few blocks to get water.

Los jardines del hotel muy bien cuidados y con animalitos lo que lo hace muy agradable y único por las aves y el diseño colonial del hotel , la piscina es fabulosa y el personal muy amable siempre preocupado de orientar y ayudar a los huéspedes

Creo que podría mejorar colocando una cafetera o un hervidor en las habitaciones y pantuflas y batas de baño
