Chicland is very stylish, and well located if you want to be by the beach. Pay extra for an ocean view - it’s worth it. Breakfast was tasty, and the lobby/roof areas are awesome (infinity pool FTW). Not having a desk in the room was a bit annoying, but I made it work. They went above and beyond to rectify a small service issue and I was really impressed by their hospitality.

This is a very new hotel with an ultra hip design. I really like the color tones, which are similar to those used in SE Asian seaside resort. My room has a partial sea view. Overall, everything was great--from staff to breakfast.

The Chicland hotel has a very unique and impressive architecture and interior design. My room was great except the balcony door could have been better insulated against sounds and heat. Also would have been nice to have a desk for my laptop instead of the small round table. Rooftop pool and lounge are excellent, and walking to the beach waterfront is direct and takes less than 5 minutes.

Location was near to the race site. The design n structure of the hotel was also nice. Staffs at the lobby was friendly and always ready to assist. The ocean view room is worth, waking up to the sun rise and nice sea breeze.

+Beautiful design, +Friendly staff. +Breakfast is good, +rooftop bar and pool is wonderful. +Everything works and is comfortable. ~The mattress is a bit hard, can use a mattress cushion cover. -There is an outdoor restaurant next to the hotel. It gets noisy at midnight when they close. -The shower drain slow. Overall a great place to stay and I will for sure come back.
