-The place is huge and clean -Has 2 separate ACs (one in the living room, the other in bedroom ) -It also had 2 fans - Friendly and helpful staff -Great location

- It had some ants (but I have experienced them in 80% stays in Vietnam) - Palace has some wear and tear
