Everything. Im not normally one to complain. PDQ Machine not working The smell of urine as you enter the hotel The Hotel inside smelt awful. The corridors also smelt of urine. The rooms also smelt very bad like a very old tobacco smell was lingering in the room. Lifts were either out of order or one lift working at a time. One point we had to use the service lift back of house to get to the six floor. I could go on!!!
