i went to check out at 6am and i couldnt wake up the desk clerk so i left

Your staff are rude and are liars. You cancelled my reservations one day before arrival. Your front desk staff hung up on me multiple times and told me your power was out when in fact you over booked your hotel. We were coming from Canada for a concert and you left us with no accommodations as every hotel was sold out. I booked my room 2 months ago. I have emailed and asked to speak to a manager but your staff just hangs up on me. Will never stay at a Motel 6

I'm Homeless so I appreciate having someplace to stay, me and my family and pets.

The front desk yelling at me as I'm getting on the elevator, to pay for my room. I'm homeless. Why wouldn't pay for my room and I've been paying it since the beginning of the month.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at Motel 6 Columbus-West, and that is largely thanks to the incredible hospitality of the manager, Georgina. From the moment we arrived, Georgina provided a particularly warm greeting that immediately made us feel welcome. She was an exceptional host—always available, genuinely helpful, and quick to resolve any request we had with a smile. It is rare to find this level of dedicated service, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure Theresa and I were well taken care of throughout our visit. When we first walked into our room, we were honestly shocked by how inviting and clean everything was. While we noticed a few minor quirks like a hole in the bathroom ceiling and a somewhat dated toilet, those details didn't deter us in the slightest because the rest of the space was so well-maintained and orderly. We typically stay at competitor facilities when we are visiting Columbus, but deciding to try this Motel 6 was a fantastic choice. Theresa gave her full approval for the selection, and we left thoroughly impressed with both the facility and the top-notch staff.
