Frankly, we had just been to Auschwitz, and the display luggage in the foyer gave us shivers. The dining area is chaotic - from furnishings to organization. Check-in was rude. We were not allowed to leave luggage beforehand.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Super Preis-Leistung und ein tolles, geräumiges Zimmer. Das Bad ist sehr modern und groß! Ich habe im Restaurant des Hotels zu Abend gegessen, das Essen war sehr lecker und preislich extrem fair! Sollte ich mal wieder nach Papenburg kommen, gehe ich auf jeden Fall wieder in das Arkadenhotel!

Das Einchecken war recht unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Das Unterstellen der E-Bikes war chaotisch. Zudem gibt es tatsächlich Leute, die mit ihren Akkus die Steckdosen blockieren und dann auch noch den Akku eines Hotelgastes einfach aus der Steckdose ziehen, sodass der am nächsten Morgen ohne geladenen Akku fahren muss.... Die Restaurantsituation erinnert eher an eine Kantine. Allerdings war das Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich...
