It was roomy

It was old. The carpet was sticky in a couple of places. There was no breakfast only a Starbucks that was open until 10:00

The first room 😍 was good but the next day they change my room room to a different room and I didn't like it we didn't get tv service at all plus the internet was not working in my room I felt we were in the worst room there were no caver for the ice cube and the room was dirty we told the manager he said I'll be back and he did not come to help we could not sleep cause the people up stairs were fighting and they were pasting back and forth it was bad I ask for my money back for that night they said that they were going to tell the manager he didn't do nothing bad service plus my service dog was barking because of the people fighting and they said people were complaining I said what people the ones that was fighting that didn't let us sleep my dog was nervous and so was us and they had made coffee but it was not alot for everyone bad service

Bad service they need new managers that know what there doing they made us fill very uncomfortable 😐 😬 and my dog worse experience i been to many hotels in mass and this was the never again would we go there 😑 🙃 😒
