MURAYAMA West Entrance Hotel

I reserved using the Booking.com app. But when I got to the hotel the registration card had my old address from many years ago on it. I pointed that out and they took my license to copy. Then a month later i stayed again and they had the same incorrect address on the registration card. So I asked where does this come from since Booking has my current address. They said many other guests had noticed the same strange error. Then they said they thought the reservation went through the Agoda.com servers. Agoda is owned by Booking holdings though, so it should not be a problem. Anyway it’s a bit annoying that the same error happens every time.

This is a good functional hotel at the station. Few places to eat nearby.
