NASEEM HOTEL

LOCATION: Perfect, being just steps away from the corniche, you had the best views of Muscat at your doorstep. Everything including shops, markets, cafes and restaurants were in short walking distance, and if you choose to rent a car you will have many extra sights just a short drive away. STAFF: Friendly and welcoming. I arrived into Muscat very early in the morning but check-in was not an issue. I had a minor medical issue during my visit and my room needed a clean, by the time I got back from hospital it was absolutely spotless, despite me giving them very short notice, I couldn't be more grateful for this. ROOM: The bed/mattress was perfect and comfortable, I had a basic but sufficient window view, and the bathroom/toilet was clean and spacious. There was plenty of storage space and a very handy desk at the other end of the room. EXTRA: There is a cafe/restaurant connected to the hotel on the ground floor, a great spot for a morning coffee and a quick meal. The view from the cafe leads right out to the corniche.

The room was fine, the receptionists were fine but there was a Bangladeshi waiter at the breakfast lounge being extremely rude. The breakfast was below average.

La posizione della struttura e fantastica, ad un passo dalla Cornice, dal Souk e dal mercato del pesce. La stanza era curata e sufficientemente ampia. La pulizia molto buona. Sulla colazione non posso dire niente perchè non ne abbiamo approfittato.

Il prezzo è un po' elevato rispetto alla qualità ed hai servizi offerti: frutto soprattutto della posizione molto strategica. Abbiamo notato qualche carenza da parte del personale anche a livello di info (luoghi da visitare, orari, itinerari degli autobus etc): qualche indicazione in più da fornire ai clienti sarebbe a mio avviso opportuna

Lage, Lage, Lage! Direkt am Fish-Roundabout am Meer gelegen - nur wenige Minuten zu den Souqs und dem Fish Souq. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick - sehr, sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Die Parkplatzsituation gerade zum Be- und Entladen ist etwas schwierig, aber handelbar. Das Personal ist freundlich - war aber bei der Bezahlung unflexibel. Leider wurden wir auch bei diesem Hotel nach der Buchung über "Whatsapp" kontaktiert, um die Buchung zu bestätigen. Dies kam NICHT vom Hotel, was auch schnell klar war. Leider scheint es hier aber eine Sicherheitslücke zu geben ... sonst würden andere NICHT die Handynummer und die Buchungsdaten bekommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist so nicht gerechtfertigt.

The location is great, on the Cornish, 5 minutes from the souq and 1 minutes from a great restaurant.

I think it’s a bit pricey but so is Oman. Poor sound insulation.
