Shoddy, smelly and no aircond in lobby and room foyer. Felt not welcome at all. My room also was so hot, until the technician came to repair the aircond. No breakfast. Didn't get value for money. Paid rm214 for deluxe single. I think the star rating should be reviewed, so that customers can manage their expectations.
