Vicinanza ad alcuni importanti siti della città; accoglienza premurosa gentile e puntuale; fornitura di informazioni utili, di consigli e di una preziosa piantina cartacea. Buona, variegata e abbondante la prima colazione. Pulizia dei locali eccellente. Silenzio del luogo, distante da strade trafficate, favorevole a un buon sonno.

Orario di colazione alle ore 8,30 (noi siamo mattinieri). Mancanza di una cuffia per la doccia. Il quartiere è popolare, non ha alcuna vocazione turistica e all'inizio non fa una bella impressione, ma questo non attiene alla struttura bensì al piano regolatore urbanistico come purtroppo in molte città del sud Italia: Siracusa meriterebbe di più.
