The Lady that checked us in on Friday was absolutely wonderful and friendly! The TV was huge! The bathtub was also huge!

The whole facility stunk of marijuana including the smell coming into our room! A homeless person that was clearly and visibly using drugs was laying in a parking space only 3 foot outside our window which was very uncomfortable! Staff was quick to ask the person to leave but she refused and it escalated! The bed was like a brick and the tv was not user friendly for some. On Sunday morning we had a family emergency and had to leave urgently, the night shift employee wasn’t there and took over 30 minutes to come to the window even with us standing there and calling as well, while people was trying to check in and out (there was around 6 of us standing there) causing us a delay trying to get to our family! Turning in and out at the main road was also a headache!
