Casa Ulmi con piscina

Location immersa nella tranquillità della campagna pugliese Teresa, la titolate, sempre gentile e disponibile per consigli sui luoghi da visitare, spiagge e ristoranti. Susanna molto simpatica e disponibile per il servizio della colazione. La struttura è in una posizione comoda sia per raggiungere Otranto (a pochi km), che per frequentare le meravigliose spiagge dell'Adriatico e dello Jonio. Molto consigliato.

Merci à Teresa pour l’accueil familial et pour tous ses conseils. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. L’appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. La terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables. La location de la casa Ulmi est super central: nous avons pu facilement visiter Otranto, Gallipoli, Lecce et Santa Maria de Leuca. Bref un endroit à recommander ++++

Loved the location with a beautiful view. Every morning there was a extensive breakfast, sweet and savory.

Great location, relaxed atmosfere, nice pool and lovely staff.

Breakfast choice was pretty basic, although in a lovely setting and hosted by a super nice waitress. The a/c didn’t work in one the rooms, so had to keep doors open at night which wasn’t ideal. In general for the price I would have expected more.

We were made very welcomed at Casa Ulmi con piscina👏 Initially we had a little difficulty with language , but Teresa made an amazing effort to communicate with us with English translation language , highly recommend visiting her beautiful property .

Owners are nice and friendly, enviroment and gardening area nice,. Realy nice , calm and relaxing place to stay, no noize , absolutelly vacation vibe.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere around the pool. Friendly host. Nice breakfast around the pool. Well equipped room.

Based on the description of the room ( view on the garden/pool) , we could not imagine that we would stay in a room at the basement with absolutely no view at all. If we knew that, probably we would explore our options better for our stay in the area ( taking into consideration price/facilities/etc). We do believe that there should be a correction on the description of those basement rooms ( in order to avoid surprises to the guests). In addition, during our 4 days stay, there was no cleaning (or change in towels, etc).
