I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very negative experience. During my stay, I found what appeared to be a roach in my room, and on the second night I was bitten by something while in the bed. The first night, I actually slept on the couch instead of the bed. What made the experience even worse was an interaction with a second-shift employee. After simply asking whether the property had a pool, I was told that “no one likes Black people in this area.” I found that comment extremely inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unacceptable from hotel staff. Because of the cleanliness concerns and the disturbing interaction with staff, I requested a full refund of the points used for both nights. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both customer service and room conditions moving forward.

Breakfast was horrible and cold. Beds were horrible. I couldn't sleep and 2 other separate rooms of people. I suggested they stay there said the same thing without me.Prompting them. And a stupid rule about not being able to give out extra towels. And I was told that they'll give me my deposit back once they check the room to make sure nothing was broken. Obviously that's what all deposits are for but to be told that flat out made me feel like I was some homeless guy they were doing a favor for by letting me stay there.But didn't trust me.So they had to check to make sure I didn't steal or break anything before they gave me my deposit back.Just kind of pissed me off that.It was verbalized.
