I can’t say I didn’t like anything from the property. It was a great experience.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is very clean from lobby to room and back. Covered parking is free and has one elevator to access parking area. Restaurants and shops are close by for easy access

Parking is the ground level on the property with all hotel areas starting on first floor. Registration/lobby/gym and guest rooms all start one level up with additional guest rooms on levels two and three . Dog area is maybe 4 feet by 4 feet, with mostly weeds and dirt, not grass.

Very comfortable, spacious room, with a very good size desk. Connections for all electronic devices. Very clean. The front desk staff at check in was very professional and helpful. Very good breakfast.

The front desk staff at check out. Sullen, unpleasant, unhelpful. Very slow elevator, and only one for the whole hotel.

Pros: The facilities are very good, spacious and comfortable rooms; great breakfast. Cons: Only one elevator that is really slow; the other elevator just goes from parking to lobby, that is in the 2nd floor they call 1st floor; morning staff at reception is sullen, unhelpful, unprofessional. The night staff are helpful and professional.

Clean, quiet, VERY convenient too. Beds, linens, shower and appliances were great. I picked this hotel based on travelers reviews and it was spot on.....wonderful.

I'm tired of places that say they accept pets, and do not disclose the additional fee for the the pet's stay. I looked this up and asked questions and only learned about the $25 additional fee at check in. You never know the amount and it makes it hard to compare hotels. I also am discouraged about direct booking vs third party booking (TripAdvisor, Travelocity, etc). When I called directly to the hotel, their price was more than 3rd party booking. Even though I discussed the pet when calling the hotel, they did not disclose the added cost of the pet. Third party booking included the taxes and fees. Calling the hotel did not disclose the amount of the taxes and fees. I believe that if I book directly and am a member of their club, I should be able to get a lower cost to my room! They do not have to pay a commission to the third party. My room was 101, at the end of the hall, farthest from the street. It was quiet and clean. Parking is below the hotel, which can be a bonus during the summer. I did not stay for breakfast, but the food smelled good when I walked through the lobby. I was very please to see Costco down the street so I could fill-up the car when I left.
