"Nice but I'd choose somewhere where they don't charge for coffee or water"

Location was great but busy and quite loud at night very spacious appt lovely big bed and very central to Palermo.

A bit of a cheek to charge for drinking water! No free tea or coffee making facilities, they charge as more for an instant coffee, that the local cafe did! It was at the top of a very dark stairwell and I didn't trust the lift. Almost fell a couple of times.

"La mejor zona de Palermo"

Ubicación inmejorable. A un paseo del centro (muy corto) pero fuera del caos y esto realmente es lo que más valoras cuando vas en coche x la isla. Parking en la calle (zona azul) y si no encuentras hay varios parking públicos en la zona. La habitación es genial para un par de días (limpia, cómoda)

"Saubere und komfortable Unterkunft mit super Service und optimaler Lage zum Zentrum!"

Die Lage war sehr zentral und die Unterkunft sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns ein Taxi organisiert für den Transfer zum Flughafen. Alles war perfekt organisiert!

Es gab absolut Nichts zu bemängeln!

L’emplacement Le personnel Le lit confortable, la chambre propre Nous sommes arrivés à 1h du matin nous avions toutes les instructions très claires pour accéder à l’hôtel, récupérer notre clé, puis avoir notre chambre en toute autonomie

La lumière de la Clim qu’on arrivait pas à enlever ni à cacher mais c’est propre à chacun ! Ça n’a pas empêché de très bien dormir

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin via WhatsApp. Nachdem man die Passkopie gesendet hat, erhält man alle Infos samt Schlüsselcode für die Unterkunft. Funktioniert problemlos. Es gibt einen Lift im Haus. Klasse, dass wir das Gepäck nach dem Check-Out noch bis zun Nachmittag in der Unterkunft deponieren konnten.
