Gresham Belson Hotel Brussels

L'hôtel était en travaux et c'était pas top. La salle de bain est vraiment petite avec la porte qui s'ouvre à l'intérieur il fallait se contorsionner pour y rentrer.

Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner.

Los recepcionistas son súper atentos. La habitación está bien para el precio que se paga.

El baño lo peor. La ducha sin presión, es muy pequeño y bastante incómodo. La puerta no abre entera. Deberían poner una puerta corredera mejor.

It was clean, the staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and beautiful and stocked. Bus stops in front which takes you to the centre. Public Transport is very convenient.

I was not told in advance that the restaurant and bar were shut therefore no breakfast was served. I had to make other arrangements for breakfast which was frustrating especially because there weren’t many restaurants nearby. Also hotel name is different in person, caused some confusion to begin with. Front desk did not provide this information at the start, I asked the next day and that’s when I found out that there would be no food. Netflix did not work and some of the tv channels did not work either, that too needed maintenance work.

Hôtel sans ascenseur, chambre en mauvais état (papier peint qui se décolle, propreté médiocre,…), réceptionniste de nuit aigri et qui passe son temps à fumer et boire du champagne devant l’hôtel, ce qui nous oblige à descendre les escaliers et sortir de l’hôtel pour toute requête. Requêtes qui ne sont jamais accordées, même les plus simples, comme baisser la luminosité de la TV, changer les draps ou se faire livrer de la nourriture en chambre et j’en passe. Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas ses quatre étoiles, le service laisse à désirer. Je ne reviendrai pas, c’est certain.
