Ho scoperto l’albergo in una situazione di emergenza, volo cancellato. L’albergo è in ristrutturazione, le camere avevano però ricevuto nuovi arredi, dal design molto interessante. Il personale è stato prezioso per aiutarmi a gestire la situazione.

Grande chambre confortable (merci pour l'upgrade !), belle salle de bains, bouilloire avec thé et café, quartier animé. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Ma première impression a été très mauvaise : la réception est en travaux et j'ai eu l'impression d'arriver dans une zone de guerre. Les couloirs sont longs, tristes et inquiétants. J'ai eu peur, franchement. Enfin, la fenêtre de ma chambre était dégoûtante : les vitres ne semblaient pas avoir été lavées depuis longtemps.

The room was very clean, spacious and had all the comforts of a 4 star hotel.

That I was not notified the hotel was undergoing a major revamp which was surprising. The ground floor including the reception were stripped bare with tools everywhere and no place to sit. Looked like the fire alarm system was being tested during my stay which meant that the alarms went off every 10 minutes and lasted a while throughout my second day. Staff did not alert the guests and the incessant sound was disconcerting and annoying. It was only at midday on the second day did staff go round knocking on doors to reassure the guests.
