Alexanders Landing

The good, the room had been recently updated and was comfortable and bug free. It is small but more than adequate for what we needed. The bad, there is a resort charge of $10 per night being charged that can be readily missed when booking on a phone as we did. This is not truly a fee it should be a part of the room charge that cannot be avoided and not well advertised. There is also a high deposit they want to charge to “keep the owners liability” to a minimum. They expect you to take the trash out but their cleaning staff apparently doesn't have the same expectations. The worst part though was the water has a very high sulfer content. So much so that it left a nasty taste from brushing teeth even hours later. It truly smelled like raw sewage. Very limited parking if they have more than 3 guests expect to park elsewhere and walk.

I liked the feel of the rooms and the use of space.

Beautifully updated rooms! Very pleasant welcome from property manager. Cannot wait to return! Only complaint was the ill lit pool room. Only lights were the ones in the pool. I'm positive if I would of called they would of fixed it asap.
