Very convenient location to walk up main attraction, bright interior and each bedroom size is about the same.

The master bedroom no AC, not sure why the owner skip install wall AC in this room. One bathroom toilet area is very tiny, very uncomfortable to use.

Very easy to collect keys, although at a separate address. It is on the same block & not a 2min walk.

the property & linen etc. was clean. Although the blankets didn't have covers on them.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There were sufficient keys for us as we were a group of 7. The communication from the host was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were a good size for a large group. The apartment is well placed to enjoy the centre of Madrid on foot and close to the Metro.

Whilst the apartment is well maintained, the wooden floor, whilst beautiful is very creaky and can be disturbing. The second bathroom has a great shower but the toilet is very close to the wall.

Location, size and facilities were great. We are a family of 7 and had plenty of room. The second bathroom is ideal for smaller people and children.

Zero parking and it is difficult to stop to drop off your bags so plan accordingly. Public transportation is excellent in the neighborhood.

Big apartment with plenty of room. Everything you needed was there.

The only thing missing was a mirror near a socket in 3 of the bedrooms for drying hair

The place is in central location,super close to Opera metro station and it’s a 10 minutes walk to Puerta del Sol Plaza so super convenient. There is a lot of restaurants and places to eat around, also 10 minutes walk to Gran Via street. The apartment is clean, kitchen has everything you may need to prepare your own meals, place is perfect for 8-9 people

The floor is creaky, which may wake you up at night when your roommate needs to i.e. use the bathroom. Apart from that, everything is great.
