Tapicerías y ropa de cama muy sucios. Tapicerías con mal olor. ropa de cama con manchas. No sean limpiado. En mucho tiempo edredón estaba lleno de manchas y con mal olor.

Unbeatable view, very comfy, and cozy. The building is great. Has security 24/7. Multiple spacious elevators — which is rare in Madrid. And location is top of the line.

Because it’s winter, the air conditioning was turned off, which is very common in many places in Spain. It truly isn’t needed during the day, since keeping the windows open provides a perfect temperature. It’s only at night, when you want to sleep without city noise, that it becomes noticeable. However, the host was very accommodating and went above and beyond by bringing us a brand-new fan, which made our nights very pleasant.

"Mala experiencia no se puede dormir"

Departamento bonito y bien ubicado

Lamentablemente no preste suficiene atencion a otros comentarios acerca el sistema de calefaccion que si bien indicaban molestias, la nota no reflejaba la magnitud. La verdad el dpto 921 tiene un sistema calefaccion antiguo que en dormitorio mete bulla dia y noche y es imposible apagarlo, es mas ruidoso que el de sala de estar. Ademas las ventanas no sellan bien y se escucha el ruido de autos y motos en la noche. Despues de 2 noches que incluyo dormir en sofacama de sala de estar para evitar ruido se solicito cancelar reserva para cambiarnos de alojamiento, HEIMA se nego a devolver resto de noches pagadas, asi que dejamos departamento y ellos ganaron 630 euros sin prestar servicio.
