They are very nice person and solved my all query.And good skill in conversation and treats like a family members.Room was very cleaned properly and service was very fast.My stay was very comforfull here.If you plan to stay then please try to get a service from them and their guider Santanu also very helpful... Wonderful experience at the Regenta Ranip. We chose king bed option, and we're glad. The rooms were fixed up every day by house keeping staff , it was clean and updated everyday . Pankaj from housekeeping was very smart and helpful, he help me out with everything what I need. During my stay everything was fantastic..........

I'm travel a lot, and this was easily the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Service was impressive and impeccable, they listened to our needs and responded as I would expect. Not pushy, just helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, bed was perfect, wonderful. Pool is great and quiet as well. Those hallways of marble and the entry hall though are truely something else. I only wish we had more time to stay there mention MR PANKAJ KUMAR excellent 👍 service

Good Hotel Decent staff I liked the hotel staff. They are cooperative, always available, providing instant service. A conference of 6 days was a seamless experience. Would like to thank Mr Tauseef (FnB Staff member) for being with us over 6 days to address all our demands. It is really a good experience.
