- Central location; everything is super close! - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed - Free wifi - Warm shower

- Room was very mouldy, could not get a good night sleep because of the smell, also could not sleep with my head on the pillows because they were too dirty/smelly, so I slept on the foot-end of the bed. My clothes and stuff smelled like the mould after staying just 1 night. Had to get everything cleaned. - Bathroom was mouldy too. The toilet did not flush well. Although the shower did get warm eventually it took very long, probably because the water pressure was very low. The staff try their best, but this place just is not clean.

Very much appreciated s that the room you see on the pictures is the room you get. (Often this is not the case in other guesthouses) The staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is great!

The bathroom was very small and not so practical. One wall in our room was humid and you could smell it as well. For a one night stay it was ok but I wouldn't have stayed longer in that roon because of the humidity. I could look into the other rooms as the doors were open and they didn't seem to have that problem.The other rooms looked very very nice. So don't hesitate to book here but don't go for the cheapest room would be my advice.

Amazing location (50meters from Durbar Square), very nice people and food is great! Very good value for money! Room is super clean too!

You just need to note that this hotel is located in the Bakhtapur old city/Durbar Square area which implies a tourist fee of 1500NPR to get in. Nevertheless, it is interesting to know that as from around 5.30pm the checkpoints are closed so there is no need to pay ! (What we did)

The clean room, comfortable beds, and hot shower staff are nice. situated in the perfect location of Bhaktapur.

Our bathroom door doesn't open properly. It's a bit tricky.

I would like to recommend this place as it's situated close to Darba sqare. Easily accessible to avail transport facility.
