Excelente localização, muito perto do centro histórico e com uma bonita decoração. Quartos espaçosos e camas confortáveis. Pequeno almoço razoável.

O barulho e o estremecer do próprio quarto, cada vez que passava um elétrico, parecia que havia um tremor de terra, o que incomodou o descanso. As janelas não se abriam e estavam muito altas (tipo no sótão) e entrava claridade logo cedo. Para se fechar os estores tinha que ser com um pau extensível, que tive que pedir emprestado a um outro hospede, pois no meu quarto não havia..

Staying right in the center of Zagreb was a massive plus for us—everything was within easy walking distance, and there is a convenient paid parking lot nearby which made logistics very easy. The best part of our stay was the hospitality. The staff were wonderful and took such great care of us, and the breakfast they prepared in the morning was lovely. If you don't mind a bit of noise and want to be right in the heart of the action with great service, this is a great spot!

The hotel definitely has a lively environment! Because it’s right next to a train stop, you do hear a lot of noise. Also, the elevator is incredibly loud—every time it runs, it honestly feels like a mini-earthquake! But to be honest, it just added to the adventure and we thought it was pretty fun.

La struttura è situata al primo piano e l'accesso non è facilmente individuabile arrivando in auto. Il parcheggio pubblico è abbastanza vicino ma un po' trascurato. Per il resto la struttura è accogliente e gradevole, la camera era enorme e confortevole. Buona anche la prima colazione.

Room was exactly next to the road, so the tram you can feel it vibrate each time it passed. But as for sound, we didn't hear much.

We didn't know that there won't be lifts. But maybe we will check next time, as in Croatia there are a lot of stairs!

Le personnel (gentillesse et réactivité), la localisation de l'hôtel par rapport à la vieille ville et la ville basse (tout est très proche). La chambre et le petit-déjeuner sont très corrects.

Le bruit des tramways, qui passent presque sans arrêt, malgré le double vitrage.
