Lage, Architektur, Design. Sehr gemütliche Betten.

Wir verließen das Zimmer um 9.30. Als wir um 14.30 zurück kamen, was das Zimmer nicht gereinigt: keine Betten gemacht, keine Handtücher gewechselt. Wir baten um Reinigung, nachdem wir um 15.30 das Zimmer wieder verließen. Als wir um 23.00 zurück kamen, war immer noch nichts gemacht. Der Hotelmanager entschuldigte sich mehrfach aufrichtig; das ändert aber nichts an dem unsagbar schlechten Service. Wenn man an einem Sommertag nach 38° im Freien zweimal ins Zimmer kommt und nicht duschen kann, weil es keine Handtücher gibt, dann ist das ein no go. - Kosten für die zwei Nächte: 605,- EUR…
