Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, cozy, and warm, with an incredible view of the mountains. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Расположение отеля, вид из номера, дружелюбный персонал, очень теплый номер, наличие ванны и душа, наличие полотенцесушителя, удобные кровати, в пешем доступе Sud bus station и остановка автобусов, близость центра, разных кафе, ресторанов, магазинов, ж/д станция. Возможность оставить чемоданы в комнате для хранения. Завтрак хотелось бы с разными видами яиц, а был только скрэмбл. Рекомендую к проживанию и проведению времени в прекрасном Шамони

При входе в номер пустой коридор, а можно было бы для удобства прикрепить вешалку для верхней одежды и зеркало в полный рост. Отсутствие полочки в душе и для такого узкого душа мягкая штора - явно не удобно. Дверь в ванную комнату не закрывалась, для нас все это не критично. Отсутствие чайника и стульев на балконе

Amazing stay! Right in the centre and I loved the cabin like feel to the room :)

The ladies at the reception are exceptionally kind and friendly. They helped us leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. The location is perfect, very close to the Aiguille du Midi and the bus station. The room is very clean and gives you that alpine vibe.

The hotel is very clean and extremely well run. The room was a reasonable size and very comfortable with lots of cupboard space and hangers to hang your ski stuff etc, and a large balcony overlooking Mont Blanc. The bathroom was spacious with 2 sinks, a bath (essential after the slopes) plus heated towel rails. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff are all delightful and extremely helpful. The hotel is extremely close to the Aiguille Rouge lift but for the other lifts you would need to take a short bus ride. We discovered on the last day that there are 2 saunas and a massage room in the basement.
