I was denied early breakfast by merely 15 mins even though i was travelling with a 4 yr old and had a flight to catch, the hotel staff was inaccomodative and denied me breakfast even though i had paid for it!

Nothing. If I may say so.. I must say.. the staff was polite. However they will not help you in any way. All they'll say is, "Sorry sir, we can't help you with that."

1. Hotel property has cockroaches and insects. Staff doesn't support you if you ask something which is not in booking. 2. I took my luggage myself and went up to the fourth floor. No help from the staff. I think this is very basic service, every hotel offers. 3. No Locker in room. 4. Shampoo and soap wasn't good. 5. Cleaning of room, wasn't good. 6. They have TV but only free channel. you can't watch anything in TV. 7. Breakfast quality was very poor. I think, they doesn't have kitchen. Hotel arranges the breakfast from street so quality is very poor. 8. Have to ask for water from them. They will not be placed in your room if you do not ask.
