Customer service is key in every situation. The staff acted put-off by any little request. The fish does rot from the head down, and the front desk manager has her staff trained not to bother her. When she is made to be available, she is condescending and un-accommodating. Perhaps because I was dressed so casually, she took me for someone with no sense or importance, but she lost this property approximately $10,000 by not accommodating one small request that was due to an un-avoidable one-day change of plans. She acted like she “couldn’t” do it. As a previous administrator for IHG, I know how false that is. Terrible service!! Our company and its employees will not return.

The check in process was easy and the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. The only thing i wasn't too fond of was the musty smell upon walking in the room. Had to use my room deodorizer to get rid of the smell. Other than that, everything else was great.
