Inside the Wall

We had a 2 night stay. Location within the city walls, very close to all of sights, restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, nice room with air conditioning. Would highly recommend.

Welcoming, ideal location & very comfortable bed.

Nothing- couldn’t fault it. Even as it was room only the breakfast was readily available in several local cafes.

The location was perfect: we were able to park the car just outside the gate so it was very close

The walls are so thin. One night someone was talking LOUDLY from 2.00 till 3.34 in the morning. He woke us up and despite dropping his voice when I called out, he kept talking gradually raising the sound level as he talked. Then the business next door started preparing for the day's trade, so despite the very comfortable bed, we were a bit sleep deprived. I suggest it would be a good idea to post some notices reminding people to respect the guests' sleeptime by keeping the noise level low

Gorgeous decor for my taste. Exquisitely clean. Only downside is exterior noise (thick windows helped a lot) and some noise from other rooms. Would stay again in a heartbeat though. Used my white noise app for sleeping...

The room was a great juxtaposition of the past meeting the conveniences of today.

While the property is inside the wall it is on the opposite side of the village from the train station. It was hard to find because the outside looked more industrial. There was terrible communication from the host@Rebecca. We filled out all the pre-check in forms online. Our confirmation notice said they would text or email the address. They did not. When we arrived we called for the address. Rebecca proceeded to yell at us for not using google maps. I didn’t have the address to put into to the app!!! She also was angry that we were “late” but our train was late causing us to be late which was out of our control. Once we found the place, the lovely Daniela was there to great us. She was kind and professional.being yelled at on the phone really was upsetting. The room is great but the business makes it hard to enjoy . If they can fire Rebecca then I would recommend. As no one likes to be made to feel as though they are a bother. I will happily take my business elsewhere next time.

Absolut UNMÖGLICHE Kommunikation vir dem Check-In. Es wird eine exakte(!) Ankunftszeit verlangt, obwohl man schon vorab den kompletten Check-In elektronisch selbst macht. Die Codes für den Eingang werden NICHT übermittelt. Wenn ich im Urlaub herumreise, möchte ich nicht pünktlich in der Unterkunft sein müssen, nur damit der Vermieter sich Personal spart. Die total unmotivierte Dame, die uns dann „empfangen“ hat, hat lediglich die Citytax kassiert - was man auch per Kreditkarte lösen könnte, wie in vielen anderen Unterkünften auch. Und erst dann wurde der Code übergeben. Dieses Vorgehen hat uns gewaltig die Laune verhagelt. Booking sollte künftig anführen, dass Unterkünfte eine exakte Ankunftszeit erwarten, damit man solche Anbieter ausschließen kann! Für uns künftig ein absolutes No-Go!
