The hotel is in a good location, right next to the wall which is nice for walking. The room was attractive and comfortable with views on two sides, and the owner was very accommodating.

What a wonderful find. Unique and comfortable. And the little sitting area in the cupula is so relaxing!!! To be aware: the presidential suite is one large room. NOT two bedrooms. A magnificent large bathroom has NO DOOR OR CURTAIN. Three of us used the tiny bathroom. One person used the amazing but doorless bathroom. We had hoped to walk the wall to the train, which we did, but it took 80 minutes! It is directly across town from the train station. Wish we would've just strolled the wall a bit and taken a cab to the train. Convenient location to access all of Lucca. A lovely stay, just needed to learn to navigate.
