They promised I could get in if I called when I let them know my plane would be late and then they never let me in. Worst customer service ever. They should be banned from Expedia.

Seems to be a little complicated of an entry system to access the rooms. I would suggest this property to anyone who does not have heavy bags and speaks Espanol as the process would go alot smoother. Negative wise was just the fact that there was no one at the property to guide us through a problem. i.e. with the airconditoner or the WIFI.

Service was very nice reception man was very KIND .

Nadie acudió abrirnos la puerta. Llamamos y llamamos, tanto al número de teléfono, cómo al timbre del hostal y nadie respondió. Nos tuvimos que marchar, sin alojarnos.

Recomendable si tienes que estar cerca del aeropuerto. Un poco alejado de Madrid pero buena comunicación para poder llegar

It was clean and can't fault the room as it was a nice size. Butthe furniture needs to be replaced as very old and tired. Toilet and shower worked fine but shower holder needed fixing. As the shower head kept moving. Air-conditioned was perfect and the room was very cool when hot outside. Over all i would stay here again but needs to be updated for a better stay.
