Hyatt Regency Green Bay

The room needs cleaning, and the refrigerator needs to be emptied. Behind the TV in the sleeping area was dirty, as if they cleaned where people could see no more. No less. Expect a lot more for $550 a night!

AC not working and male staff was rude about supplying a fan

The room had two distinctly separate areas (living, sleeping) and was much larger and comfortable than expected. The open atrium layout gave the hotel lobby a majestic, but not overwhelming ambience. Lighting options in the room were plentyful and well placed, allowing you to adjust the lighting to your mood. The location was perfect for a pleasant evening walk along the newly developed riverfront area. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a long time.

It would be even better if there was no separate parking fee ($10) charged. Aside from that, no complaints whatsover.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was outstanding. Balcony is not worth paying extra for. I would highly recommend AVOIDING THE RESTAURANT. Can't say enough about how nice the rest of the hotel was.

Great stay and location to places. Very easy to get in and out. Pool with hot tub was ok. Jets are t very powerful in the hot tub. The added dry sauna and steam room felt great. The facility is cashless and the only supplied items in bathroom was the soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash.

Very clean, very put together, nice location, everything you need at location.

Only issue was the comfort of the room. The room was clean & spacious but the room was at 76 degrees all day/night. Approached front desk and worker was friendly but said there was nothing that could be done but bring a fan. Fan that was brought was broke & loud. At this point was late in the evening so we just slept without blankets. 76 is super got for a room. Outside of that though everything was great.
