Hyatt Regency Green Bay

lovely facility, interior of the building reminded me of the french quarter in New Orleans. Clean, spacious suite, outstanding service making a person feel comfortable, safe, and appreciated while also being environmentally conscious! thank you!

Rooms were not clean. Bathroom counter did not look like it was cleaned in months. Had harden crusty dust in the corners. Small bugs found in the counter where the towels were located. Carpet was soaking wet in the bedroom. I would assume the previous guest had the patio door open all night during a rainstorm. There was also no lock on the patio door. Anyone on that floor could have crawled over the balcony and came into my room. Floors throughout the facility are dirty and stained. Don't plan on eating in the restaurant. Service was beyond slow.

Super helpful front desk staff, clean rooms and easy parking. We attended a conference there which was help in a comfy clean conference area.

Terrible. I would avoid this place like the plague. The front desk is unhelpful, rude and have no manners whatsoever. Don't go there.

Every room is spacious with a separate bedroom making this hotel great for an extended stay. Rooms could use updating, but were clean. The staff is friendly. We stayed for sports and this hotel had an area where parents could gather without the disruption of other guests which is a huge plus. They have a bar/restaurant which is convenient for a quick decent meal. It is in walking distance to Main Street where you can find cute pubs and places to eat.

The location was decent

The first staff was rude. The water for the shower didn't get hot unless u let the water run for 15 mins. I was charged for parking when I didn't even have a vehicle on the property. Asked for extra pillows and never received them.

Be aware of parking costs on site. Free across the street. Very nice establishment otherwise. Would stay here again. Great amenities

Outstanding staff. They are the number one reason I would stay there again. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, always had a smile.

One of my favorite hotels. I love the spacious mini-fridge and the layout of the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
