Moznost online registracir by urychlilo pracu recepčných. ráno kvoli otvorenemu priestranstvu sa dal počuť hluk z raňajok-taniere,kávovar. Ale to bolo už v case 7:30..-nepovažujem to za chybu0

The location is perfect, as it is very close to a 24-hour pharmacy, markets, and a DM store. There are also bus, metro, and tram stations nearby. Although the hotel is situated on a busy main street, our room looked out on a quiet side street, so it wasn't noisy at all. The towels were changed whenever we requested it. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is cosy and comfortable, and I really liked the architecture and design. The staff were very helpful, and both the food and coffee were delicious. :)

The pillows were not comfortable; they were too flat and spongy, offering no support. However, we requested an additional pillow, which made it okay. Additionally, the windows couldn't be opened fully—only one of them opened, and even then, only partially. Lastly, the room was not vacuumed every day.
