toilet k đc vệ sinh kỹ, dơ... hết sữa tắm nhưng gọi đt nhân viên gác máy, phải xuống tận nơi báo nhưng vẫn ko mang sữa tắm lên phòng (nhân viên trực ca đêm 2/3/2026)
