Palace apartment

Central location in the historic old town very near the Peristyle, shops and restaurants and a short walk from the Riva and the market. Our host, Marko was charming and very helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed,

The apartment was described as having a balcony which was not strictly true as the outside space was not really usable.

Excellent location. Check in info was sent to me by WhatsApp, so there was no face to face checkin, although I was offered this as an option if required

Great location in heart of city but also quiet. Clean, well equipped, good WiFi and air con.

Balcony frequented by pigeons so didn’t use, but through no fault of apartment, obviously! But small (as pictured/expected) so were unlikely to use it anyhow.

Amazing location, Marko was an awesome guest that was there whenever needed. Lovely apartment. Super, super safe. You're literally right in the centre of Split, 1 min away from the Riva.

The location was excellent and the host was responsive and available if we needed him. This apartment was clean, quiet, and well stocked

Saying that there is a terrace and balcony is very deceiving. The terrace was an area accessible by climbing over a window next to the kitchen area, and it was surrounded by cement walls about 4 feet tall. The It was big enough for 2 chairs if you’re lucky and was more like a small closet. The balcony listed was a very small window opening and not even large enough for a person to step on. In fact, ours was the storage area for brooms, vacuum, etc

A super apartment right in the centre of the Old Town. It was bustling with people outside but this was a quiet space to relax before, and after, exploring the many beautiful sights in Split. Very clean, modern and comfortable. I loved how the 500 year old building still showed some of the brick work.Very friendly and helpful host.

The window in the kitchen let in a lot of light at night so bright for person sleeping on sofa. Suggest adding a blind if possible or guests bring an eyemask.
