Tout. L’appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé et l’emplacement est idéal à côté de la gare !

Le seul inconvénient est le bruit de la rue la nuit dû à un mauvais isolement sonore

"Excellent, well maintained place close to La Spezia Centrale"

The apartment was located very close to La Spezia Centrale. It had everything for our family of 4. Very neat and clean, modern. The host was also very responsive and polite. This was a perfect place to stay and cover Cinque Terre. Apartment also had all the anemities as mentioned with extra goodies on arrival. We loved this place for our 2 day stay.

Only thing if I had to pick something would be small shower stall. It was small but looking at all the other things this is not a big deal.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt gleichzeitig zentral in La Spezia und 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit.

L’appartement était parfait, nous avons même eu un surclassement offert c’était très apprécié. Tout était fonctionnel, Claudio était très disponible et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations pour améliorer notre séjour. Bon emplacement très proche de la gare pour visiter les 5 terres.

La salle de bain prend un peu l’humidité mais c’est un détail.

Nagyon tiszta, szép apartman. Közel a vasútállomáshoz és a belvároshoz egyaránt. A szállásadó készséges, WhatsApp-on kommunikáltunk végig.
