This place was fantastic! The room and all amenities were extremely clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was the best we had during our stay and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A great but unintended benefit was that the property in the evening is really peaceful and quiet; I imagine had we stayed closer to town (its only a 5 min walk) that wouldn't have been the case. My only recommendation would be some identifying signage at the entrance. Overall, our expectations were exceeded and we can't wait to come back.

The ambiance and serenity was perfect. The staff were amazing especially the cook and General Manager Lalo who couldn’t do enough for you. Very friendly and the rooms were awesome We had the best stay and will be back again.

Lalo the property manager is extremely organized, he gave information about the town that was priceless. He keeps the property immaculate. Lalo catered needs 24-seven. I would highly recommend staying at this boutique resort based off of my new found relationship with the property manager ; ))

The property and host was amazing. LaLo the host was awesome. He was very helpful and accommodating. Offered to set up excursions, cooked breakfast for the guests every morning, scheduled taxis and even scheduled the covid test to come to the house while we laid by the pool. The house itself was great, loved the upper pool area. Enough room for all guests to share the patio. Our room #3 had a great view from the room. We loved that we were up on the hill above the town of sayulita. We were a short 5 minute walk from town with a nice view and through a scenic pathway. You were just far enough away to be away from the loud late nights of downtown. Overall would recommend to all my friends and look forward to staying there again next time we visit!

Eduardo was amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Made sure all our needs were met. Distrito 88 is a beautiful get away. We were looking for peace and privacy and we got that! All staff so kind with the desire to do a great job! We will return, it was such a wonderful stay. ❤️

Lalo - the manager was amazing! He definitely made sure we had a great stay. The property and our room was extremely clean. The property is a short walk from town. We loved being able to escape the hustle and bustle of the town

Really neat property in the hills. It’s a 10 minute beautiful walk into town. The staff at the property is wonderful and if you need anything the property manager is just a text away! Fresh fruit for breakfast and very peaceful property.
