The hotel itself was good, but there was noise from outside all over the night. Very uncomfortable. I changed hotel.

Great location from the airport.

Non existent noise cancellation, squeaky doors, electricity outlets weirdly located. I’d give to the them for having signs to reduce noise but big groups of a neighboring countries are staying here and are notoriously known for being loud and ignoring all rules.

Laotel is portrayed as a 4-star hotel in terms of customer service and facility appearance. However, the condition of the rooms could be improved. The plumbing system is indigent. I can hear the next door's shower and flush. The wall is poorly insulated. I can hear them talk clearly.

Noisy rooms, not soundproof as advertised

Breakfast was very, had enough variety my family needed. Location was walking distance away, a few minutes walk across the road, where you could find plenty of outdoor eateries.wish we had stayed here a lot longer instead of elsewhere.

Pool hours should be till midnight instead of 10 pm, as we were on holiday and were going out till late, would be nice to be able to relax quietly there till bed time.

We got upgraded which was so nice. Huge room. Very clean. Nice style. Bed was so so comfy with two big pillows. Bathroom was lovely having a bath. Swimming pool was great. Lots of available beds. Staff very helpful and friendly. Exceeded our expectations.
