"TRAUMATIC"

NOTHING

small lobby smelled like cigarettes , speak through bulletproof glass, agent looked 99 years old and moving extremely slow. credit card machine not working. He told me the main hotel building is closed but there is a room “back there” pointing towards the parking lot. I saw a 3 story motel type building which I would NEVER reserve on purpose. My kid was terrified as was I. I COULD NOT stay there.

Property seems to be in a safe area, clean on the outside, clean lobby. Beds are comfortable and shower pressure was decent. The front desk receptionist was extremely nice.

Room appeared to be clean when I first walked in but then realized how dirty it was. There was dirt all over the floor, including the bathroom. Towels turned black after using them on the floor after shower. The sink didn’t even look like it was cleaned, soap stains left all over. Shower curtain was dirty. It looked like there was mold and rust on certain appliances in the room. For the price I paid, I would’ve expected the room to be cleaner.

The staff was attentive and very pleasant

Breakfast was ok. Needed a better variety. Cold hard butter for the waffle. No sugar free options of any kind
