Location was excellent. Host was very considerate and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was spotless. All facilities were top notch.

Great location, excellent contact in advance, Lucie was really friendly, helpful and I had a lovely, restful stay.

In a perfect location for the town view from our window was beautiful the lovely aroma of the candles just a great feel of the whole place

Easy to find, everything very clean and lovely herby smell. Owner very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed, plenty of space, parking is a bonus, much appreciated

Everything was lovely. If I had to find one thing improve, it would be the shower but otherwise perfect.

Great location and communication and lovely Lucie

Lucy had paid a lot of attention to detail and took pride in how she presented the property to guests. There were many practical things she put in place that made the stay so much easier and more enjoyable. For example, bathrobes and slippers were very appreciated, The breakfast was spot on, well presented, great choices and a lovely treat to have a home made cake. On our last day we were able to keep our luggage at the property allowing us to enjoy another full tourist day without the burden of carrying it around with us before we headed off for our train late afternoon.

A lovely place in a great location. Booked as a central location to treat my wife for her birthday, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The owner's attention to detail is impeccable, from communicating the check-in process and parking, to facilitating a truly fantastic continental breakfast. The room was Immaculately clean, as was the dining room, and all public-facing areas. A welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout, without compromising on amenities. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

No reflection on the property or the owner, but I was woken by some noise from returning guests in the early hours of the morning. Not the end of the world of course, but completely avoidable. I think it's worth a mention to potential visitors to be mindful of noise levels in corridors. There is a natural tranquillity to the guesthouse, which I think should be respected.

Lovely property and a great location for central Arundel

Arden House is in such a great location, the parking was really convenient and the breakfast was lovely, especially the slice of cake! Thanks so much for setting up breakfast slightly early for me to get to parkrun, that personal touch really makes a difference.
