I loved the decor, location, and the lovely staff. The breakfast was delicious! My sister and I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the property, and she was incredibly nice to us. She is amazing!

The property is an old courthouse building, and it has a beautiful atmosphere, authentic, it has huge suites and big garden with pool what everyone can enjoy! Breakfast choices were huge and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Location is excellent and there are restaurant options in the town in walking distance. Everyone who likes to know about the real culture I would recommend!

Every corner of the property is beautiful and as described. Quite historical village.

We felt that some of the items of the breakfast could be fresher. It seemed like some items were from the day before. We also encountered a few minor issues with the electricity and lighting. We noticed spider webs and dust under the bed, even though the rest of the room was clean. 2 of the soft drinks in the minibar were expired, and we couldn't connect to WiFi during our stay. Despite these issues, we believe this hotel has great potential and hope to see these areas improved in the future.

Very beautiful property located near all the coves

+ Beautiful building and spacious room, with lots of natural light. + Good air con which cooled the entire room (although give it time initially) + Parking easy + Great buffet breakfast selection - both savoury and sweet + Balcony and drying rack - perfect for drying towels + Didn’t use pool area but it looked very welcoming! + Lovely hosts + Great proximity to places such as Bagno Marino Archi lido, Otranto and Castro (15 mins or so by car) + Beds were made and towels changed if needed every day

- Would have been nice if coffee capsules were free such as they have been in other places we’ve stayed, but room and experience were such great value for money anyway.

A beautiful conversion of an old court house, high ceilings and original features well preserved. Lovely green grounds an a nice pool. Right in the centre of this small town, close to restaurants and cafes.

Parking was a bit of a problem as parking in the street wasn’t always available.

The restoration of the courthouse that was the music room beside our room , and also the privacy of our room and the close connection to the square , and of course having a Michelin restaurant 150 mts around the corner was a stand out , if I had a gripe it was the hot water supply poor , again I would most definitely stay there again
