USThe room I received had left over Rotten Wingstop,Bread ,Open bags of chips, potatoes drinks etc with mold on them all over the refrigerator area. I walked in my room and it smelled terrible. they decided to put the microwave behind the door of the bathroom which was not helpful when you need a sink and the microwave . Carter was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and gives out key cards before asking information then walks away as your speaking to him. Even though you give charter your information he refuses to give packages sent there for work. Carter should not work customer service at all!!! As he talk smack and refuses to give a name so he won’t get reported. The WiFi shuts down every 30 mins and most times says your connected but you never will be. Over not a good experience… I never got his name but the gentlemen working morning shift African American guy was highly respectful and was probably the only reason I considered staying other than the fact the rooms were paid for in advance.
Would have been nice to know when rooms are cleaned while out. We needed trash emptied ( dirty diapers) as well as fresh towels. Also, I don’t know if you are aware but when apples are wrinkled it means they have lost moisture and flavor. They should be tossed when they get to that point. My daughter did that, and when we returned later there were more in the bowl that looked bad too.
