The carpet in between the beds has several pieces of gum and the towels in the bathroom smelled awful. The pool was advertised as indoor, however the windows aren’t windows and the Poole was literally freezing. My husband was in the pool for approximately five minutes and couldn’t feel his toes due to them being cold. The indoor pool was the main reason we chose this particular hotel. The breakfast had cold sausages, cold biscuits, cold gravy, and rubbery eggs. You couldn’t eat the fruit as it was bruised and unwashed.

Everything was fine. We stayed only one night.
