I liked that the facility was clean and price was affordable. Staff was friendly.

I booked here mainly because it has an indoor pool, however, the water was way too cold to swim in. I expected the indoor pool to be heated.

"I usually stay at comfort inns but will not stay at this one again"

Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly

The inside pool was ice cold. We were there for several days and didn’t have any room service. I approached a maid to get clean towels but she didn’t understand. No toilet paper in the public restroom.

"Stay was not as expected for the price I paid. We ended up leaving a day early to get back home."

How close it was to the gym for our basketball tournament

Room was not as expected. Half the lights worked in the room. The outlet in the bathroom was burnt out like it caught fire previously. None of the room outlets worked to charge phones.

Shawn checked me and my husband in last night and helped us making reservations for a nearby restaurant for dinner and even gave us directions to get there. Our room was clean and great. We enjoyed staying here. We will definitely come back and stay again when we are traveling through Wichita.

Stayed with my family, everything was clean, quiet/calm. The floor I was staying on had a little smell of smoke but seemed to only be in the hallway the room we stayed in was fine. Overall it was fine.
