"The Adolphus is the definition of true southern hospitality. Absolutely blown away by the service."

First of all, Pedro and Nigel are perhaps the most incredible employees I’ve ever come across in all my years of travel. They bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I’m disabled and have to use a cane to get around and both Nigel and Pedro had my back multiple times during my stay. Every time I would return to the hotel lobby I would see one or both of their smiling faces ready to help or just chat for a bit. They love what they do and it shows. Impeccable service from one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I also want to give a shout out to Donte, who barely let me get out of the car before taking care of all my luggage and then taking it to my room for me! 11/10 The Adolphus exceeded all my expectations and will now be the only place I stay when visiting Dallas.

We went for a wedding and everything was top notch! Hotel was beautiful and all the staff were wonderful. Valet attendants, under Heistan, were caring, concerned and prompt even when faced with crowds.
