This was the worst stay I had throughout my whole cross country trip the day staff is incredibly rude and ill mannered first impression on the room 110 that we had was it smelled like feet and mold but we got there in the morning at 2am then they knock on your door every single morning even if you use ur door hanger asking for privacy and as well as stating to them directly that I don’t want any morning knocking they don’t care they will knock promptly at 8am another issue I had was they have one washer and one dryer the dryer works but washer is out of order so no laundry can be done here which is unfortunate because that is an accommodation that you pay for when renting a hotel room… the way the man that works in the morning was so unprofessional and rude he did state that he allowed me to have more kids in my room then allowed but he allowed it but was threatening to kick me out for something he allowed? Also they had broken hotel things just laying around it gave a tacky unclean feel I would recommend going to any other hotel in the area same yourself the headache

The customer service was HORRIBLE
