Grand Legacy At The Park

We loved the close location to Disneyland! It was only a 5-7 min walk which was great. The hotel was clean and staff was nice and beds were comfortable

It was a bit pricey for the type of hotel it was. The online pictures make it look nicer than it actually is. It's a very basic hotel and the pool is smaller than what the online picture makes it look like. Rooms were like a Best Western, very basic. But it was clean and comfortable and staff was nice

Great location. Comfortable and clean room.

No shower by the pool or toilet facilities. Had to get. Key to use a toilet to change in.

The location was great. We booked 2 rooms and appreciated that they let me daughter parked at the hotel till we arrived and she can go to the disney parks while we arrived.

The check in was a bit of a hassle. Rooms were not ready. Check in time is 4pm. At 4:30pm one of the rooms was ready and we were able to at least get one room and settled in the second was not ready till almost 6 pm.

The staff and pool were amazing. They bring slushies poolside for the kiddos on hot days. Location can’t be beat! Less than ten minutes walking to the main Disney entrance.

A little dated but clean.

The location is fantastic.

We were put on a bottom floor, with an elevator and an ice machine right in front of our room. There was clearly no sound proofing or anything because we could clearly hear every word that every person said as they were waiting for the elevator or getting ice, or just walking by. And, people were using both all night long, so we were constantly woken up. We also heard steps from the floor above. Wr ate not light sleepers, so this was an exceptional bad amount of noise. When we checked out and tried to let them know about our experience, the person at the desk cut me off and proceeded to tell me that next time I should book with the hotel directly instead of a third party. As if it is Booking.coms fault that they have no insulation or sound proofing and put their ice machine in a poor place. We stayed here last Nov and had some issues with the bathrooms in two of our rooms as well, so I cannot recommend this hotel and would give it a zero for this stay if I could.

Proximity to Disneyland was great!
