Blue Marlin Apartments

Great location of the apartments short walk from the beach, overall good size of the apartment and the rooms for a family of 5, great view, good value for money

Apartment is extremely run down and needs maintenance, there is a terrible smell of mold and must presumably from the air condition system that needs to be cleaned, few things are simply broken and not safe (kitchen door, electric socket in the kitchen), there is no dedicated WiFi, we used connection from other apartment and it was not stable and very slow

It is basically in the city centre, we could reach everything by walking. The beach and restaurants are 5 minutes away.

It is basically a scam. The pictures do not show the reality and they know it very well. I booked this apartment because of the see view and I thought it has a nice price/value ratio. They brought us in an apartment which is not visible on any of their pictures (it was 4th floor 26). The whole feeling was that they don’t really care about the guests, they do the bare minimum but on a quite high price. I had troubles with the parking (which we solved) but I already mentioned in advance I need a solution. It also costs 20€ for a night, which is their right but in my opinion it would be nice to inform the guests in advance about additional costs (like other accomodations do it without even questioning them). A lady brought us to the apartment, she did not talk, she did not smile, she showed the apartment, took the money and ran away as fast as she could before we could even realize this is a totally different apartment. The apartment smells really bad, the bathroom smelled really bad. It was a huge disappointment.

There is no such hotel. The hotel location on Booking.com led us to the Oazy Hotel. When we asked locals about the Blue Marlin Hotel, which we had paid for, they said there was no such hotel. When we called the hotel, no one answered. No one responded to our messages. In short, we were scammed. We also can't believe that a listing on Booking.com was so unfounded. Our whole family has been victimized. I had to book another hotel, going beyond my budget.
